Conclusion of Contract
1.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to order. All offers are valid "while supplies last," unless otherwise stated for the products. Errors excepted.
1.2 By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" in the final step of the ordering process, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart at the displayed prices. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receipt of your order. The contract text is stored in our internal systems. You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. The order data will be sent to you via email. Customers should save the contract text themselves, as it will no longer be accessible via the internet after the conclusion of the contract for security reasons.

Liability and Warranty
2.1 The provider guarantees for a period of 12 months for used items and 24 months for new items that the goods have the agreed properties, are free from defects that impair their value or suitability for the intended use, and meet the specified performance and specifications. Wear parts are excluded from the warranty. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
2.2 The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as soon as possible and report any defects immediately. Hidden defects can also be reported after commissioning or use of the goods. Payment does not imply a waiver of the right to claim defects.
2.3 If a defect exists, the buyer has the choice to demand free rectification, request a reduction in price corresponding to the defect, withdraw from the contract, or demand a replacement delivery. Liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence remains unaffected. Excluded from return are goods made to customer specifications, clearly tailored to personal needs, unsuitable for return due to their nature, perishable goods, or goods with an expired expiration date.
2.4 Transport damages: Products delivered by our forwarding agent must be reported immediately upon delivery. Subsequent complaints cannot be considered (except for hidden defects). Damages to packages delivered by external companies must be documented in writing by the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours.
-
Disclaimer of Liability
3.1 mower.center assumes no liability for non-compliance with operating or maintenance instructions or for improper use of the products. The products offered by mower.center are not suitable for human consumption and must be kept out of reach of children. The same applies to small parts that could be swallowed. This disclaimer does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.
-
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received. In the event of debt enforcement, the retention of title remains valid until the outstanding amount is fully settled.
-
Trademarks
All trademarks, product names, and company names or logos are the sole property of their respective owners.
-
Delivery Conditions
Delivery usually takes place within 7 working days. If a longer delivery time is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time has expired. If the delivery time is significantly delayed, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
-
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 If an item is, contrary to the information provided in the online shop, unavailable, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the buyer has no claim to delivery of the goods.
Swiss law applies to these T&Cs. The place of jurisdiction is the seller's residence.
-
Payment Methods
8.1 The payment methods available in the shop, displayed during the ordering process, apply. Payment upon collection is only possible via advance payment or cash/card payment.
8.2 Invoices are to be paid within 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. If the due amount is not paid on time, the first reminder will be sent by email. From the second reminder onwards, sent in written form, reminder fees of CHF 20.- will be charged. This is followed by debt enforcement. In the event of debt enforcement, a processing fee of CHF 150.- will be charged.
