General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
mower.center – Version 2026
§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between
mower.center, Grabserstrasse 24, 9473 Gams, Switzerland
and consumers or business customers via the online shop mower.center.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay”, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation sent by e-mail.
(4) The contract language is English.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are final prices in EUR, including applicable taxes (where legally required), plus shipping costs.
(2) The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
§ 4 Delivery
(1) We deliver throughout Europe to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are stated in the respective product description.
(3) For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal of one (1) month.
The detailed withdrawal policy and withdrawal form form an integral part of these GTC.
§ 6 Statutory Warranty (Defects Liability)
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

EU consumers: 2 years

Switzerland: 2 years pursuant to Art. 210 Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
(2) Any reduction of the warranty period for consumers is excluded.
(3) For business customers, the warranty period for used goods is limited to 12 months from delivery.
§ 7 Voluntary Dealer Warranty
(1) In addition to statutory warranty rights, we grant a voluntary dealer warranty of 12 months on selected products.
(2) Warranty provider: mower.center, Grabserstrasse 24, 9473 Gams, Switzerland
(3) The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion.
(4) Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and free of charge.
§ 8 Transport Damage
Consumers are requested to inspect delivered goods immediately and to report any visible transport damage as soon as possible.
Failure to report such damage does not affect statutory warranty or withdrawal rights.
§ 9 Liability
(1) We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
§ 10 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 11 Default of Payment
(1) Consumers shall pay statutory default interest in the event of late payment.
(2) Reminder fees shall only be charged to the extent actually incurred.
§ 12 Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Acceptance of these GTC does not constitute consent under data protection law.
§ 13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(1) These GTC and all contracts are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) For consumers resident in the European Union, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection rights of their country of residence.
(3) Consumers may bring legal proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
(4) For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of mower.center in Switzerland.
